At present, there are many types of symbolic graphics on medical communication boards, lacking proper evaluation criteria.

This study intends to construct a complete set of sentence subsystem symbols to promote communication and communication, standard-size the visual process of the communication committee statement, and provide basic needs for doctors and families to understand patients with aphasia.

Verbs are more difficult to express images. 3, The recognition rate of punctuation marks, letters and numbers are high. 4. Cognitive bias in designers and subject symbols directly affects the understanding of symbols. In the process of translating symbols into later languages, there is a large degree of deviation in understanding.
